Our creative production studio is situated within our large warehouse located in Little River. We are proudly rated the number #1 themed production studio on the East Coast!

This production set is perfect for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Movies, Commercials, Podcasts, Interviews, Bridal Photos, Maternity Photos, and more.

All props are included in the price. We provide the space & you’re responsible for bringing your own photographer. Lights are not included, however you can rent dimmable lights from us for $15 each. We also have water available to be purchased on-site.

A SMOKING FEE of $99 applies if you need to smoke for the shots. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER & OIL on furniture.

This set is situated within a WAREHOUSE filled with multiple themes so please let me know if you require full privacy if you’re shooting lingerie/nudity so I can coordinate you at a time nobody else is shooting in other themes of the warehouse.
